We reaffirm our unwavering commitment to saving lives and assisting communities with neutrality and without discrimination. We will continue to explore every possible means to provide aid to Syrians. Our pledge remains—to rescue lives and provide critical support to those in need.
We stand in solidarity with civilians in conflict-affected areas and offer our deepest sympathies and condolences to the families of innocent victims. We also extend our condolences to the families of fallen members of the Internal Security Forces and the army who sacrificed their lives for Syria’s unity and the safety of its people.
At the same time, we emphasize the urgent need to uphold human rights and call for the accountability of those responsible for crimes and violations against Syrians over the past 14 years—including killings, torture, displacement, starvation, and the recent atrocities in Latakia and Tartus.
