يسعى الدفاع المدني السوري في التعاقد مع مزود/مزودين لتوريد قطع غيار أصلية لسيارات فورد. حسب شروط وإجراءات العملية التوريدية.

• يجب على مقدم العطاء تقديم العرض المالي والعرض الفني ضمن ظروف منفصلة، وإلا فسوف يتم رفض العرض.
• يجب أن يحوي العطاء الواحد (عرض العارض) على ظرفين:
1- ظرف العرض الفني ( 1 - 17 ): يحوي طلب المناقصة والوثائق الثبوتية الداعمة، بالإضافة الى المشاريع السابقة المشابهة والسيرة الذاتية ونسخة الملف الفني للعملية موّقع ومختوم.
2- ظرف العرض مالي (18 -21): يحوي العرض المالي.

يجب أن تظهر العروض بوضوح أسماء العارضين وعناوينهم وأرقام هواتفهم وأن تحمل الختم القانوني للعارض وأن يقدم إلى العنوان المذكور أدناه قبل نهاية الاعلان بتاريخ18/آذار / 2025 الساعة 15:00 بعد الظهر.
يرجى ملاحظة أن العروض التي يتم استلامها بعد انتهاء الموعد النهائي لتقديم العروض سيتم رفضها.

يجب إرسال العرض في ظرف مغلق مع الإشارة إلى رمز المناقصة عليه مع اسم مقدم العرض إلى العنوان التالي:

The White helmets seek to sign a contract with supplier/suppliers to supply original spare parts for ford accordance with the terms of the tender.

- Technical offer envelope (1-17): The tender application and supporting documents, in addition to previous similar projects, a curriculum vitae with certificates for the staff who will participate in the project, and a copy of the technical file of the process, signed and stamped
- Financial Offer Envelope (18 -21): Contains the financial offer..

The envelops must clearly show the names, addresses and telephone numbers of the bidder and bear the legal stamp of the bidder and be submitted to the address mentioned below before the end of the announcement on 18/March/2025 at 15:00.
Please note that envelops received after the deadline for submission of offers will be rejected.
