• يجب على مقدم العطاء تقديم العرض المالي والعرض الفني ضمن ظروف منفصلة، وإلا فسوف يتم رفض العرض.
• يجب أن يحوي العطاء الواحد (عرض العارض) على ظرفين:
1- ظرف العرض الفني (1-40): يحوي طلب المناقصة والوثائق الثبوتية الداعمة، بالإضافة الى المشاريع السابقة المشابهة والسيرة الذاتية مع الشهادات للكادر الذي سيشارك في المشروع مع المخططات المرفقة ونسخة الملف الفني للعملية موّقع ومختوم.
2- ظرف العرض مالي (41-44): يحوي العرض المالي.

يجب أن تظهر العروض بوضوح أسماء العارضين وعناوينهم وأرقام هواتفهم وأن تحمل الختم القانوني للعارض وأن يقدم إلى العنوان المذكور أدناه قبل نهاية الاعلان بتاريخ 05 / May /2025 الساعة: 15:00 بعد الظهر.

يرجى ملاحظة أن العروض التي يتم استلامها بعد انتهاء الموعد النهائي لتقديم العروض سيتم رفضها.

عنوان تقديم العطاءات:
يجب إرسال العرض في ظرف مغلق مع الإشارة إلى رمز المناقصة عليه مع اسم مقدم العرض إلى العنوان التالي:
• أولاً: إدلب - سرمدا /ساحة باب الهوى القديمة /مكتب الدفاع المدني السوري.
• ثانياً: دمشق – كفرسوسة – المجمع الأمني – فوج إطفاء كفرسوسة – مكتب إدارة الدفاع المدني.

Rehabilitation of Rastan Bridge

The Syrian Civil Defense wishes to contract with a contractor to implement the rehabilitation works of the Rastan Bridge in accordance with the tender terms

• The bidder must submit the financial offer and the technical offer by separate envelopes, otherwise the offer will be rejected.
• One bid (the bidder's offer) must contain two envelopes:
1- The technical offer envelope (01-40) The tender request and supporting documents, in addition to previous similar projects, the CV and certificates of the staff who will participate in the project, along with the attached drawings and a copy of the technical file for the operation, signed and stamped.
2- The financial offer envelope (41-44) contains the financial offer, RFQ.
Bids must clearly show the names, addresses and telephone numbers of the bidder and bear the legal stamp of the bidder and be submitted to the address mentioned below before the end of the announcement on 05/ May /2025 Time: 15:00 PM.
Please note that offers received after the deadline for submission of offers will be rejected.
