• The supplier must submit a sealed envelope containing a 22-page filled, signed, and stamped offer; otherwise, the offer will be rejected.
• The supplier must answer all the questions included in the process file with all requested decuments, otherwise the offer will be rejected.

The envelopes must clearly show the bidder's name, addresses and telephone numbers and bear the bidder's legal stamp and be submitted to the address mentioned below before the end of the announcement on 06/ April /2025 at 15:00.
Please note that envelopes received after the deadline for submission of offers will be rejected.
