- Technical offer envelope (1-18): The tender application and supporting documents, in addition to previous similar projects, a curriculum vitae with certificates for the staff who will participate in the project, and a copy of the technical file of the process, signed and stamped
- Financial Offer Envelope (19): Contains financial offer.

The envelopes must clearly show the names, addresses, and telephone numbers of the bidder and bear the legal stamp of the bidder and be submitted to the address mentioned below before the end of the announcement on 07/April/2025 at 15:00.
