• The bidder must submit the financial offer and the technical offer by separate envelopes, otherwise the offer will be rejected.
• One bid (the bidder's offer) must contain two envelopes:
1- The technical offer envelope containing the bidder’s identity, RFQ samples or photos and
catalogs of the required materials, and the technical tender file copy, page: 1-23.
2- The financial offer envelope contains the financial offer, page:24.

Bids must clearly show the names, addresses and telephone numbers of the bidder and bear the legal stamp of the bidder and be submitted to the address mentioned below before the end of the announcement on 07/04/2025 at 3:00 pm.
Please note that offers received after the deadline for submission of offers will be rejected.
